What you’ll learn

Prevent pain by knowing how to properly hold your body and set up your carrier.

Baby's position in carriers is extremely important for hip and spine health. Learn how to protect your baby's body while babywearing.

We'll go into depth on: Ring sling, structured carriers, Solly wrap, and the Tush Baby. There will be carriers provided for you to try out.

The class will be held at New Mom School Los Gatos. It is located next to Trader Joes. There is elevator access next to Boichik bagels. Please note: strollers and shoes are not allowed inside the studio.
